The last dream for this month, still not a lucid...

I was in some sort of convention-like place where they had many booths with things on sale for a band called DLP, I looked at a CD/poster that showed three handsome guys on the cover with a koi [fake] that was cobalt with sky-blue cherry blossoms all over it.

I walked around, wondering what's so great about this band [that the convention is for] and listened to one of there songs, sounded like a typical J-Pop band except it was in English and they had a vocalist with a refreshing voice.

I was wandering some more [like I normally do in dreams], when I came across a guy how looked exactly like the one on the DLP poster. I mean, there were look-alikes but he was exactly alike.

"Are you, that guy in that band," I asked curiously, i wasn't a fan of the band and rich people, at least in my dreams, don't seem to unnerve me.

He nodded. He was in a white button up shirt that was unbuttoned on the two top buttons, white pants, and blondish hair.

I didn't yell or freak out, but we ended up, somehow, wandering around the convention center looking at the merchandise. No one bugged us.

We came to a booth that sold CDs and I found the one that matched the poster. I pointed it out to him and he chuckled before dragging me off elsewhere. I know that we talked about a lot of things, our lives, things we liked, but I don't remember exactly what those things were. Oh, well, I don't think he's my DreamGuide, though he's really the first DC I've ever opened up to [that aren't familiar to me in any way].

When we were 'elsewhere', aka, somewhere private, we both sat down on a ledge, just being all quiet. I had no idea why where there but I didn't bother to ask.

I finally had the nerve to look at him, eye-to-eye, and we just ended up kissing, thrice. The first time, I was nervous since it would be my first kiss, his lips were warm against mine. [Oddly enough I was thinking about some guy in some book I read, not fully expecting a kiss, but my mind was blank after that]

We broke the kiss and then kissed again, this time I was less rigid and he, more passionate. That kiss lasted longer. When we kissed for the third time, I freaked out, it finally sunk in that I had kissed someone for the first time. He seemed to understand that it wasn't him and it was me. I think I left him, shocked, the dream ending right when I realized, 'hey, this' got to be a dream...'

The second dream was more vague, well, is more vague now, because it was cut short from my alarm clock and from my need to throw up [which didn't happen because throwing up for me is the worst, if you've had a serious migraine before then you can relate]. I was in an office/building trying to get to the top floor, floor 41, but as soon as the elevator, and a nice one at that, got to the top floor, it wouldn't open and went down to the 2nd floor. I spent the whole dream trying to get to the 41st floor and complaining to people about the elevator. It was a nice elevator though, sanded glass designs on one wall, stainless steel on the others, plain Plexiglas above the sanded glass, a turquoise wall behind that, soft carpet, and it was spacious, the rest of the building seemed rather cruddy.

02.27.07

This is basically a general post on all the dreams I've had since Sunday night. I'm not going to post Friday's [since it's in my Dream Journal] and Saturday's is long forgotten. All of them that I'm posting are non-lucid and much more vivid than normal. I could feel my pulse in them and that's a rare thing for me, like, once every blue moon.

One dream, Sunday night's, began when I was back at the place I was in Saturday night, I think [the only thing I can remember from Sat.'s dream was being in a humid room and some safari trip], there was party being thrown there. I was there with a friend and a some Japanese business guy.

He said something about speaking Japanese, we both said we knew some. I think that started up because he said something strange in Japanese.

"Why don't you speak it," he questioned.

"Because I'd be embarrassed if I got it wrong," I muttered.

So we both ended up saying something to him in Japanese-
"Naze?" Me.
"Orro" My friend.

I looked at her funny, she said it so quietly and at the time I couldn't grasp the English meaning of that word.

Even odder yet, the guy could clearly hear my friend but kept telling me to speak up. I became frustrated and shocked. The dream faded into another one.

In the other dream, I was looking at the sky on the edge of a cliff, with a different friend. The sky was pitch black, blending in with the trees and the abyss below. I guess sit was right before dawn because I couldn't see a thing.

"Aren't you afraid of heights," I asked her.

Immediately, she began to freak out, so I had to slowly force her back onto solid, dry land [we were on a ledge made of pressed wood] before it tilted over and killed us both. The dream ended because my alarm woke me up.

Last night's dream, I was in a mall again, that should count as a Dreamsign by now then, shouldn't it? The mall was one I know I was in before at least thrice, the marble, granite, and all the expensive details were there. It was a place that had a Starbucks right next to each other, where any store you really wanted to go to wasn't actually open. I don't remember what I id while dreaming, but I know I wasn't lucid.

02.23.07

One, well, maybe two, non-lucid dreams. The first one was a good one, vampires. At least, I consider it good since vampires couldn't possibly exist IRL.

I'll start with what I remember the clearest. It was in 3rd POV; There was this 19 year old [looking] teenage guy who had thin, dark brown, almost black, hair and a lean yet toned body, his eyes brown [I do so believe].

He was destroying all the lights in the town, mainly shaking them and disconnecting them from whatever they were in. Why would a good looking guy like him be doing such strange things? Why because his parents told him to of course! [In this dream] When people become vampires, they become sensitive to all forms of artificial light. As to who they were planning to change, I first assumed the whole town, but now, I think otherwise.

He was in my apartment [like I said, first moment I remember clearest is where I'll start], wrecking my kitchen lights when he stopped. He wasn't done with his job, but he was having second thoughts about everything. He abandoned his job and when back home, where his parents and older brother scolded him. His brother threatened to kill him if he didn't go through with the job, but he held didn't change his mind.

"Never mind," his [also dark haired] father interjected, "Just destroy all the books that may leave them suspecting that we're vampires. We don't want them to know what we are."

And he was off in the morning [in this dream they don't seem to affected by the sun any more than becoming dehydrated faster if the skin is exposed to the sunlight], doing volunteer work in the library, which was located in town hall.

'Should i just burn them or hide them...' he thought, feeling bad that he was going to need to burn the books. He had three books in his hand, one a child's book with a yellow duck on the cover, and the other two, I assume, were books on vampires that he had taken off of the shelves.

Incidentally, a wall in the library had a large crack in it and the people in the library were concerned on about it.

"We'll need to replace it with marble," he said. People began to question his authority. "My grandfather helped build this library, so I know the layout and design pretty well." People were awed by his knowledge and 'authority' so they decided to make plans to do just that.

Oddly enough, that's when I pop in and the dream goes to 1 st POV. I walked to him, puzzled that everyone just accepted what he said. For I heard something different, I heard him say, "I helped build this library, so I'd have to know the layout and design." I was already suspicious that he and his family were vampires but I knew I'd be considered crazy for thinking that.

"Wow, I'm only 17 and that's pretty old. So, that's have to make you like 72," I half-joked with him, loudly enough so that only he and I could hear it. By then I was close enough to read the title of the duck book he had covering the other ones.

He responded,"Well, my grandfather is pretty old and he did build this place when he was young, so he doesn't really remember it all that well anymore."

Then, coming closer to me, he whispered in my ear [his breath was warm on my neck] "More like 54."

My eyes widened, shocked, "But you look like you're 19," I exclaimed, yet again loud enough for only us to hear. I was certain by then he was a vampire.

He smiled, and, though I expected him to kill me or make me forget [or at the very least promise not to tell anyone else], he walked off. I sensed that he was sure that I wouldn't tell anyone else, that his secret was safe. He was right too, I didn't want to look crazy, especially over the new people in town.

This is were my memory evaded me when I woke up [thanks to the evil alarm clock],
I was outside with him, a sunny day, in a semi-sour mood. Draped in a black jacket to prevent the sunlight from touching my flesh and my choker on, I followed him around town as he kind of gave me, not him, a tour.

We stopped in an eclectically designed bar. I pulled out of the cooler two bottles of water and he grabbed a drink or two. I chugged down the water and grabbed one Coke, one small bottle of rum, a cup full of ice, and a slightly bigger bottle of vodka.

I walked to the bar where the bartender stared at my funnily.

"Aren't you going to ask me for an ID," I questioned, rather irked at how thirsty I was. He said it'd go away after awhile, when you readjust to the sun, I really didn't care.

She just stared at me dumbly, so I guess I controlled her to say no[I love non-lucid dreams with control as much as I love LDs with control] and just walked off to a varnished mahogany table with matching chairs.

He was already there [FYI, I never got his name], and I just plopped into the chair across from him, preparing my rum and coke.

"Gee, that's strange, not even asking me for an ID," I commented to two British fellows who sat to the left of me.

"Well, I hope you have good alcohol tolerance," remarked one of the guys, my vampire friend said nothing and only sipped his drink from the corner of my eyes.

I drank some of my concoction and grimaced, taking a few more sips to adjust to the pungent taste of the alcohol in the sweet carbonated drink. I began to feel tipsy afterwards.

We made small talk and I either scared him away or they really had somewhere to go, because they left as I finished my rum and coke. The tipsy feeling remained, less intense as before. I turned in my seat to stare at him, he had already finished his drink too.

I hurried up, not wanting to hold him up and longing to make this thirst go away, I must have been really dehydrated [and not too smart to attempt to quench it with booze]. Unscrewing the bottle, I chugged down the vodka in a fashion that a Russian friend of mine would consider 'normal.' [she says most Russians have can't eat without it, maybe she's one of them, but I'm sure not every Russian is that way]

We left after that, me still tipsy, him still quiet.

"Maybe we should head home," he suggested as I still wasn't used to this 'new life.' I became lucid then, realizing that I was a vampire and that can't be possible, and that what he said meant that I was living with his family.

The dream faded and switched to another one [I think] losing my lucidity. It was after the 'end of the world.' I was desperately trying to get back to vampire boy and his mansion, but I couldn't and I was human, I could sense that much.

After attempting that, I frantically ran around, trying to find someplace that was shaded from the harsh, radioactive sun.

I say that maybe the fast food I had last night [bleh] and my thoughts about how to write that story I talked about in yesterday's post may have triggered this/these dream[s]. Yeah, it bugged me even before I went to bed that night since I didn't like the way it had started out, I'm still trying to change it.
